CUJO because we are crazy.  You never know what is going to be brewed, what we are going to use and how we are going to brew it.  Stout for the summer?  YES!!!  Heifeweizens for the winter?   YES!!!   Where else are you going to find an impatient, 'brew with what I can scrounge up' brewmaster?  A critically thinking, troubleshooting and logical Sr. Engineer?  Or a 'I'll figure out how to drink it faster' drinking engineer?  How about last but not least, our beer-style knowledge resource, the Beer Guru, with roots from Great Lakes Brewing and currently at Genesse? 

With a killer combo of attitude, scientific knowledge and drinking ability, CUJO's crew strives to turn the average malted barley into something no less than spectacular!
